Only players that have deposited $ 50 or more are eligible to cash in comp points.

You need at least 1000 comp points before you can cash in.

1000 comp points = $ 10 in your casino account.

Comp points are considered to be bonuses. All restrictions associated with regular < 999% bonuses apply to comp points as well. Click here to consult bonus policies.

Comp points are cashed in increments of 1000. So if you email for your comps and you have say 3700 then only 3000 will be cashed in and you'll have to earn 300 more before you can cash in the next $ 10.

This is just for your information. Comp points are calculated automatically and credited to your casino account as you bet.

You can not earn comp points when playing with a free chip unless you deposited at least $ 50 prior to commencing play.
